FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

 

1) What is TSL Insiders Club?

TSL Insiders Club is a free-to-join rewards programme. Accumulate points as you shop with us and use them to unlock rewards.

 

2) How do I use my coupon?

After you redeem your points, you will receive an email with the reward code. Simply copy and paste the reward code within the 'discount/promo code' section during check out.

 

3) Can I stack my reward codes or use it with the current promotion or discount?

Unfortunately, the reward codes cannot be stacked; only one reward code can be applied at each transaction. Each voucher has to be fully utilised in one single transaction; do kindly note that any balance in value is not refundable or exchangeable for cash.

 

4) How do I get my Birthday Points?

Birthday points need to be updated in your account 30 days prior to your actual birthdate for the points to be automatically credited! If you have trouble with this or have updated your birth date too close to the actual day, you may contact us via email at hello@thesophialabel.com

 

5) How long are my points valid for?

Points will reset to 0 on 1st January of every year. For instance, your points earned in the year 2024 will reset to 0 on 1 January 2025.

 

6) Where can I find my point balance?

Find your TSL PERKS point history in the widget on the bottom right of the homepage after logging into your account.

 

7) I accidentally redeemed a reward, can I reverse this redemption?

Unfortunately, points are non-refundable. We recommend you utilise the reward during its validity period.

 

8) Will the rewards I redeem expire?

Rewards will expire within 6 months from redemption date.

  

9) How long will my membership status last?

Once you reach a membership tier, your status will remain valid until the end of the following calendar year. For example, if you reach Platinum Tier on 5th August 2025, your membership will remain in this tier until 31st December 2026.
